Extended Stay America Suites- St. Louis - St. Peters

I had a great experience at Extended Stay America. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable, which made my stay stress-free. You can tell the employees really care about their guests. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We were there for 2 months finding and moving into a new house. Dave, Rosa, Kristen and all the staff were always friendly and helpful. A lighting issue in the room was addressed as soon as it was mentioned and taken care of. Any one room habitation will feel small after a long time, but the king room was adequate.Rosa even gave us an extra chair

I enjoyed my stay as a single woman with a child. However, sometimes I felt like I was being followed by other people staying there at the time. It was as if each time I went outside, the same guy was right behind me. After connecting the dots, I stayed in my room. I had plenty of towels for 4 days. There was always a rolling cart to transport items to and from my room. The elevator broke down for 2 days off my stay but it didn't affect my stay as I was on the 1st floor. I was able to store food in the cabinets they had, use the microwave in my room and they even offered pots and pans at the front desk. The only issue was the pricing. I think their pricing could be a bit cheaper but this could be due to location. I checked in because it was the first available but after looking on Google, I found some nearby for about $400/week. I was charged almost $500 for 4 days. Other than that, had no real issues. Decent enough place to stay in a pinch when you need a room for a few days.

I just want to start off by saying THANK YOU to Mr.David and to Mrs. Rosa. They are the most genuine people I’ve ever met. Since the moment I arrived at this property I without a doubt felt as if I was family . Mr. David specifically deserves his flowers. When I ran into a problem and expressed that to him . Without a doubt in his mind Mr.David said “Don’t worry about it. We’ll figure it out.” And that we did. I HIGHLY recommend this property …. 100/10 .

Niki at the front desk was amazing she did a great job getting me all set up for my room and she is so nice at the front desk she definitely needs a raise or a promotion the rooms or so amazing and comfortable CLEAN clean clean all the way

staff is exceptional Dave is a blessing to our travel nurse community. We realize there are alot of homeless people here and it truly has diminished it being a perfect hotel. Rosa Kristen and Dave and Sarah are great. Its just sad that the homeless ones make the staffs job hard. And by the way a dog friendly hotel means friendly dogs not boxers and pitbulls and please stop letting your dogs pee in the hallways have some class people

Me and my wife are corporate professional business owners who travel all over the USA were republicans and believe in god and our country this hotel treats us with respect and dignity the staff is great the housecleaners are top notch and all my business clients love it here. The bad reviews are from people who are low class citizens and here on church visas They cant even spell the word class and dont work or cant even grasp what a career is If you dont like the hotel please do us corporate educate people a favor just leave or stay and eventually get asked to leave God bless our Country

The staff here was outstanding the rooms were clean,they were very accommodating to my service dog and when I needed to be moved to the first floor to a wheelchair accessible room they worked hard to make that happen for me. I felt welcomed and any concerns were addressed and resolved.
